How do I request a quote?

What types of events do you cover?

Festivals, concerts, corporate events, trade shows, international sports competitions, Fashion Week, and any event requiring technical staff.

Is the staff insured and equipped?

Yes. All our technicians have the necessary PPE and are covered by our professional insurance.

How does billing work?

One invoice for all provided staff, regardless of team size. Belgian VAT applicable.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. Our teams travel across Europe, the Middle East and worldwide. FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, FIFA World Cup France 2026, Paris Fashion Week.

How quickly can you mobilize a team?

Depending on size and location: 48h to 2 weeks. For emergencies, contact us on WhatsApp for an immediate response.

Is transport included in the quote?

Yes. Transport is included in our rates. No mileage fees — standard conditions apply in Benelux and France.

Can the team be adjusted during the event?

Yes. Our dedicated coordinator adjusts staff numbers in real time based on your field needs.

Is experience required?

Event experience is a plus, but we also provide training. Key qualities: punctuality, motivation and teamwork.

Are travel expenses covered?

Yes. Our teams travel with our vehicles. Accommodation and meals are managed on international projects.

What type of contract do you offer?

Contracts adapted to each mission: temporary, fixed-term or regular collaboration. Details provided during the interview.

Do you provide equipment?

Yes. Full PPE (helmet, harness, safety shoes) and VNH company clothing provided for each mission.

What events will I work on?

Belgian festivals (Tomorrowland, Dour, Les Ardentes), international events (FIFA, Paris Fashion Week), corporate, and more.

How does minute-based pay work?

At VNH CREW, worked time is paid by the minute rather than rounded to the hour. If you work 8h13, you are paid 8h13.

Is there a minimum number of hours per shift?

Yes. The minimum per mission is 7 hours.
